Bio

Arrvinraj (b. 1996, Malaysia) is a Singapore-based multidisciplinary artist whose practice spans performance art, photography, painting, sculpture, and installation. His work explores themes of self-identity, and human intuition, and often delves into social dynamics and psychology.

Arrvin has exhibited and performed internationally. In 2019, he contributed a sculpture to the Sanyi Woodcarving Museum as part of the Taiwan International Youth Wood Sculpture Symposium. He later participated in Power Play: Invisible Lines (2020) and presented a one-hour durational performance at the Bopiliao Historical Block in Taiwan (2023). In 2024, his work was featured in Fragments of an Unknown Space, a group exhibition at the Singapore International Photography Festival.

Most recently, Arrvin was invited to Studio Plesungan and performed at Undisclosed Territory #14, a performance art festival in Surakarta, Indonesia. His practice keeps shifting, stretching, and bending, like a body in motion, always testing the edges of space, time, and what it means to be present.
